The most profitable business in the Crimea. Ideas for business in Crimea: what to open. Which OKVED to indicate for an itinerant trade business

The adaptation process is always painful: 7 Crimean business stories

Three years ago, Crimea became part of the Russian Federation. As a result, on the one hand, the business community operating there has faced legal confusion and rising prices; on the other hand, the taxation of small and medium-sized businesses turned out to be simpler and more transparent. About what it's like to be an entrepreneur in the Russian Crimea - in the material of RBC

“Under Ukraine, the motor market in Crimea was absolutely wild” - Vladimir Bezrukov, co-owner of Clayson Motors

My whole life is connected with motorcycles. Dad is a motorcyclist, he is 79, and he still travels around Moscow. I first got on a motorcycle at the age of 12, I got my license at 16. I traveled half the world on a motorcycle - I was in South America, Australia, traveled all over Europe. My first business was an English licensed motorcycle magazine.

In 2015, together with partners Sergey Shevchenko and Ildar Sadykov, we decided to organize a rental business in the Crimea. There is a very long season, the first customers come in the spring - already in March the roads are dry, everything begins to bloom. For off-road motorcycles, the season in Crimea does not close at all. In addition, half of my roots are from the Crimea: my great-grandfather, a cabinetmaker, built the Livadia Palace, I have many relatives here.

Under Ukraine, the motor market in Crimea was absolutely wild: brought stolen motorcycles, of course, were not registered and rode them for years. Now this freestyle is over.

We chose the premises for rental and service in the village of Stroganovka, which is on the bypass road of Simferopol. At first, they did not spend money on advertising - they wanted to debug all processes so as not to look incompetent in front of customers. We created a full-fledged service area, prepared equipment and motorcycle rentals, as well as a store - based on the demand not only for rental, but also for the sale of motorcycles. The launch cost us 13 million rubles.

We started working fully only in the spring of 2016. There were difficulties with attracting the first clients. Most did not know that in the Crimea there is a luxury motorcycle rental service. Our main promotion resource was the website, social networks and local media, but something more needed to be done.

Then I decided to move from Moscow to the Crimea. We began to provide assistance to local sports organizations in holding motorcycle races. They became the only ones in Russia who organize a test drive of motorcycles of the current year of manufacture. And the first serious clients came.

Motorcycle rental costs from 2.5 thousand rubles. (Husqvarna 511) up to 11 thousand rubles. (Harley-Davidson) per day is 10-20% cheaper than in the States. As an insurance deposit, clients leave 35 thousand rubles, which we return immediately upon completion of the lease. It is impossible to work otherwise - there is a shortage of insurance companies in Crimea, it is extremely difficult to conclude insurance contracts with them (even for OSAGO) for our motorcycles. In addition, our cars are mostly registered in Moscow.

Clients from the Crimea are still surprised that we place an order-order for the services of the service - to this day, repairs are carried out “in garages” for them. Many saw for the first time official sale of a motorcycle - with documents, with registration.

Despite the wild market, there were no particular problems with starting a business. Perhaps because from the very beginning we have a full-time lawyer, he solves all issues.

In the future, we plan to build our own premises, we have already bought land for it. There were and are difficulties with this issue: in the Crimea, the transition period, part normative documents works poorly in practice. Is there help from the authorities? No, but also no one puts sticks in the wheels, we are gradually developing.

“It has become more difficult to work in Russia” – Anna Abramova, founder of the Grand Mir travel company

The Grand Mir company has been operating since 2009. We send our clients to language schools, universities, as well as on holidays abroad. We provide visa support and advise on the issuance of international passports, air tickets, insurance and other issues related to travel.

At the moment, most Crimeans have both Ukrainian and Russian documents. They travel abroad both on Russian and Ukrainian passports. There are no special problems. Of course, the current political situation in the world makes it difficult for us to work on obtaining visas, but lately tension has been on the rise. recession, and we have already learned how to solve these issues.

The time of integration of Crimea into the legal and administrative systems of Russia was not easy. A general increase in the prices of all goods and services affected purchasing power. People have drastically reduced their travel expenses. To survive, we had to cut staff by 70% and merge with another travel company. We shared the costs and a few clients.

Since 2015, the situation has again become stable. People began to travel, and we began to offer new services. For example, they began to actively promote domestic tourism. Crimeans began to travel more in Russia, Russians began to come to Crimea more often.

Compared to Ukraine, Russia began to work more difficult. This is primarily due to other system of taxation, the need for more "paperwork", bureaucratic obstacles. For example, in Ukraine there was no tax on transport, on property. Increased reporting. Instead of one document, it now requires three. In Russia, fines are higher, so entrepreneurs tend to work according to the rules.

Another legislative field required considerable time to study. More systems taxation, other reporting rules, new nuances of contractual relations with contractors. The adaptation process is always painful. But there is no evil without good. In connection with the emergence of new business rules, we began to train our entrepreneurs and organize business events for business representatives.

With the completion of the construction of the bridge across the Kerch Strait, the life of the Crimeans will become easier, and the life of the Crimean entrepreneur will become more difficult. “Mainland” business will come to us, which can strangle the local one. But received grant support from the state in the amount of up to 500 thousand rubles. to start a new business. I know people who received this money.

In general, it all depends on the individual. Those who want - look for opportunities, those who do not want - look for reasons.

“The main gift from Russia for me was the patent system of taxation” – Leonid Medvedik, production of handmade jewelry

Business in the Crimea. How to open your own business in Crimea?

Crimea without Ukraine. RUSSIA-media fiction

More detailed and a variety of information about the events taking place in Russia, Ukraine and other countries of our beautiful planet, can be obtained on Internet conferences, constantly held on the website "Keys of Knowledge". All Conferences are open and completely free. We invite all waking up and interested ...

After the annexation of Crimea to Russia, the investment attractiveness peninsulas. The flow of tourists is increasing, hotels are being built, a bridge across the Kerch Strait will soon be built. Improvement economic ties with the Crimea will open hundreds of new small businesses, which today are still unprofitable. Despite all the difficulties that exist today on the peninsula (both social and political), for a small businessman, this is, in fact, an “untiled field”. Those who allow themselves to take risks today can earn millions tomorrow. We offer for your judgment 9 best business ideas, which can be opened in the Crimea in the coming years.

Camping

Any well-organized tourist business in the Crimea will undoubtedly bring good money. One of the more or less accessible ideas for a small businessman is an opening.

We will not describe in detail what camping is, since we have already talked about this in other materials on our site. Let's talk about the specifics of opening this case specifically in the Republic of Crimea.

A step-by-step plan for opening a campsite in Crimea

Buying a land plot for camping in the Crimea, and even not far from the sea, is an extremely expensive pleasure (one hundred square meters costs about 1,000,000 rubles). The most optimal option is to lease a land plot from the state for 49 years (according to the law of the Russian Federation) and create the necessary infrastructure on the leased plot. The main investments will be related to the summing up of communications (there are problems with water and electricity in Crimea). In principle, for "wild" camping, you can limit yourself to only water.

What difficulties, in addition to obtaining a document for rent, may arise during the implementation of the idea:

  1. It is necessary to choose a relatively flat area for placing tents and caravaners. If the site has large irregularities, you will have to hire equipment to level the site.
  2. Ideally, the site should be in the shade, for example, in a forest area, so as not to “fry” people in the sun. But there are not many such places, and even more so those adjacent to the sea, in Crimea.
  3. To get water, without which you can’t do without it, you will have to look for good drilling rigs. Estimated costs at this stage are difficult to calculate. Alternatively, mobile drilling rigs can be used.

Drilling of the wells

It's no secret that one of the acute problems for the inhabitants of Crimea is the provision of water. If in large cities this issue is at least somehow resolved, then in small settlements things are much worse. Drilling wells for water can be a very popular service.

What equipment to choose for drilling wells

Both large and small-sized rigs can be used as drilling equipment. The latter are much more compact, cost less and can be transported on a trailer. passenger car. At the same time, in terms of drilling capabilities, they are practically not inferior to large-sized drilling equipment. For example, the Ins-220+ rig can drill medium rocks to a depth of 50 m. The price of such a rig is 100,000 rubles.

Drilling wells for water costs the client about 2000 rubles. per running metre. This price includes material (pipes with threaded connection, PVC) and the work itself. From one order, depending on the depth of drilling, you can get from 40,000 to 100,000 rubles.

Outreach trade on the beach

A win-win mini-business in Crimea is an organization in the coastal zone. There are many options here: cotton candy, cold water, beer, hot corn, pastries, ice cream. In general, any product that is in high demand on vacation. In addition to "catering" you can trade magnets, shells and other symbols of local attractions.

Such products, especially cold water, beer and ice cream, are bought up by vacationers “in years”. The main thing is to choose a more or less crowded beach. If a car is used for trade, then a converter from 12V to 220V can be installed as a source of cold to operate the refrigeration unit. In extreme cases, ordinary dry ice will do.

Which OKVED to indicate for the outbound trade business

You can buy goods at local wholesale depots, mark up 50 - 150% and go. For everything to be legal, you will need to register an individual entrepreneur in a local tax service(in Crimea, the laws are now like in the Russian Federation). Registration will cost only 800 r. (state duty). There is a special OKVED for outbound trade.

Which taxation system to choose

The USN can be used as a taxation system. For the car, you definitely need a sanitary passport, for the seller I need a sanitary book.

It is impossible to call such an activity a serious business, but you can earn more in a season than more than half of Russians earn in a year.

attractions

Another real idea for seasonal business in Crimea is the organization of an amusement park. At the same time, it is not necessary to rent large areas (land plots) and purchase expensive devices, like a "ferris wheel". If you study the experience of existing entrepreneurs in other regions of the Russian Federation, you can find successful projects with a capital of less than 1,000,000 rubles.

For example, you can buy a trampoline slide, several electric cars, a sports trampoline (or kangaroo trampoline) and put the device with cotton candy. Everything, the mini-park is ready, and there is no need to reinvent the wheel.

You can place all this in a crowded place, preferably on the route of tourists to the popular beach. In this case, almost all tourists with children will stay with you.

As an option, you can work out a model of a traveling amusement park. Here you need a roomy car, such as a GAZelle, in which you can easily place a folded trampoline and several other attractions. The advantage of a mobile park is that in a new place the revenue is always higher. As soon as revenue starts to fall (attractions become boring - you can change the place of deployment). Only there will be one difficulty - each time you will have to negotiate again with the local administration. On the other hand, in resort towns, the audience of customers is constantly changing, so if the place is chosen lively, there is no point in “jumping from place to place”.

How much can you earn by opening a traveling amusement park in Crimea

It is possible to recapture all investments, with a good location, in a couple of months (or even faster). The price tag in tourist cities is always higher. For example, in the Volga region, the average price for 5 minutes of trampolining is 100 rubles, while in Sochi it is at least 200 rubles. In one day, at least 100 kids jump in a good place, and this is no less than 20,000 rubles. revenue. Only on one trampoline!

Bicycles for rent

A working idea for popular resort towns like Yalta, Feodosia and Evpatoria. Buying a park of good mountain bikes and equipment will cost 200 - 300 thousand rubles. You will also need an adequate and versed in bicycles person (vocational school graduates to help). He will also rent bicycles and check their serviceability.

The main condition for the success of the project is the location of the rental point. Priority is given to coastal areas, parks and cultural sites.

Organization of excursions

Crimea is very beautiful both in nature and sights. Here, the business associated with excursions will work in the best possible way. What will be required:

  1. develop interesting routes
  2. negotiate with the carrier (bus owner)
  3. find competent guides
  4. register an IP
  5. launch advertising in local hotels, develop a website
  6. consider profit!

You can conduct both group and individual excursions. It is desirable to develop several interesting programs so that the client has a choice. With a certain extra charge, you can organize an excursion tour along the client's route. There are many options here.

How much can you earn on excursions in the Crimea

Your earnings will be on average 15% of the costs incurred (transport, guides, tickets, etc.). That is, if the tour cost the client 1000 rubles, your income will be 150 rubles. from a person. During the season, the most successful entrepreneurs earn from excursion programs from 200,000 rubles.

entertainment services

According to local residents, there are big problems with entertainment services in Crimea today. Young people have nowhere to go. Movie theaters, bowling alleys, time cafes, nightclubs - quite promising ideas. However, the development of these areas is hampered by two problems: the lack of money from the local population (we hope that it is temporary) and large financial investments for the implementation of such ideas. For example, to open a more or less tolerable bowling center, you will need at least 3 million rubles, and at the same time in a rented room. So while the niche is free, but this does not save the situation.

Children's rooms and nannies

A lot of people visit Crimea with small children. So that the kids see the sea, strengthen their health. But adults also need rest - just go to a restaurant or ride a jet ski. You can't take your kids to this kind of entertainment. But with whom to leave the child in an unfamiliar place? In developed European countries, the service of private nannies is very popular. Hiring a babysitter for two hours costs $100 on average. For tourists of our country it is expensive, but there is a way out.

What can be done with us: rent a room at the hotel, equip and accept children from the age of 3 years. You should not take big money, on average 300 r. for an hour of supervision. Even 20 purchased hours a day (10 - 15 children) will bring "clean" up to 4000 rubles. (we subtract rent, nanny's salary, taxes, etc.), and per month - up to 120,000 rubles.

rural tourism

In recent years, the so-called "rural tourism" has been actively gaining popularity. Among people permanently residing in large cities, it is not uncommon to meet those who have never seen a normal rural economy. How pigs and rabbits are raised, how horses are kept (and how to ride them), how a cow is milked, how grapes are grown and wine is made, and so on. What is a habit for a village dweller is a curiosity for an urban one.

What can be done. Find a good well-groomed household, negotiate with the owner for a percentage. You bring him clients, he gives them a tour of his possessions, allows them to feed their pets, tells how he grows grapes, tangerines, persimmons, how he breeds bees (he immediately sells honey). Treats guests with wine (and sells it along the way). While the guests are going to the farm, they can be told Interesting Facts and legends about these places. In general, there is a lot of room for activity here.

Probably, almost everyone thought about starting their own business - after all, working for yourself is not only pleasant, but also very profitable.

    • Profitable business ideas for Crimea
    • Earn fast and easy!
    • Open a demanded business
    • Business without investments

Crimea is a great place to open your own business, for this reason we will consider what type of business will be profitable for Crimea.

Profitable business ideas for Crimea

To date, the government Russian Federation does everything possible to make the life of Crimeans and tourists stable, favorable and simply normal, even in conditions of territorial isolation.

It is this factor that makes it possible to open a business and earn money, while developing the life of the peninsula and positively influencing the economic sector of the state.

Many people know and understand that in these conditions it is possible to carry out their plans, but they do not know where to start and what exactly to do. It is for this reason that various tops and lists of business ideas are being developed that can be done on the peninsula.

I would like to start with the fact that today there are a number of problems associated with the insufficient development of certain sectors of activity in the Crimea, and it is on this that one can, so to speak, play.

  1. Installation of wind power plants. The fact that the Crimeans are experiencing a shortage of electricity is no secret to anyone, which means that such a problem makes it possible to make money on it, and thereby provide enough electricity to people on the peninsula.

Installing wind power plants is an excellent and not very expensive project for making big profits.

  1. Drilling of the wells. Water supply is the first problem of Crimea, although there are enough places for extracting water resources.

So this is another gold mine - to help people not suffer from a lack of such a resource and at the same time earn good money.

  1. Do not forget about the crossing. Today, people, in order to get to the peninsula or leave it, wait in line for several days.

Gathering everything Required documents and permissions, by investing a large amount of money you can start your own business.

  1. Capsule hostels. Everything is quite simple: today a lot of tourists come to Crimea who are not averse to renting a hostel just to spend the night there, because during the day there is something to do and see on the peninsula.

Has already ready-made business plans, which say that by investing 100-120 thousand rubles in a place, you can pay back the project within one season.

Earn fast and easy!

It will be very easy to open your own business, even a small one, if you have money to invest in the business. If this is a problem, this does not mean that you should not try and try to build your business from scratch.

First of all, do not forget that the Crimea is a recreational and, moreover, a tourist area, where a lot of people have a rest. Especially after the country's foreign economic relations were aggravated. Here, a novice businessman can have a good “walk around”:

  • sports tourism;
  • beach vacation;
  • historical tourism;
  • medical industry

This is what concerns the tourist destination, you can also consider other industries that also need to be developed. These sectors include military, agricultural and industrial.

Open a demanded business

You can open your own business in any direction, from tourism to healthcare. Before taking such a risky step, you need to carefully think through everything, because without certain investments, it is unlikely that you will be able to translate your ideas into reality.

There is such a concept - to open a business without investments, but it is abstract, because any business requires a monetary basis.

There are several areas where it will be profitable and profitable to open your own business, let's look at each of them.

The first is tourism. Business ideas in Crimea this direction quite diverse and very versatile. The amount of investments in this case can also be different, from minimal to large investments. This industry has its divisions:

  • Beach business. The direction under consideration includes providing tourists with certain services that they need during the rest period. Here you can also sell souvenirs, luggage storage on the beach, distribute drinks and various kinds of food, organize various events, etc.;
  • Housing business. Opening it is not easy, because for this you need to collect all the documents and permissions. It is also worth noting that it will take a lot of investments to implement the plan;
  • Tour business. What tourist does not want to see the sights of Crimea? There probably won't be any. This means that this section of the tourism business provides a wide range of earning opportunities.

Business without investments

Business without investments in Crimea is not as diverse as a novice businessman would like. It must be understood that in order to make a profit, a monetary basis is needed, which, most often, is not as small as according to the stories of advertisers. But still, there are several options where you can do without much money.

Transport business in Crimea- in demand, and besides, in order to profit from it, the driver will need a permit to transport people and rights, so millions in this case will obviously not have to be invested.

What kind of business can be profitable and at the same time not costly? Here is an example - organization of various events. You can take this matter quite seriously and not spend your own money, but in this case promotion is important. It is very easy to arrange parties, especially if the tickets are sold out in advance, because with the collected money you can organize a celebration - everything is quite simple and profitable.

How much to invest and what kind of business to open is up to you, the main thing is to think through all the moves and determine the profitability of the business.

Whatever the business, the main thing is that it makes a profit, the ability to develop and always be afloat is the main thing in business. The desire to discover something new will always be justified, the main thing is to go towards the goal confidently.

Publication date: 07/13/2016

In the course of recent events, the Crimean peninsula has become a very popular holiday destination for many tourists. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the prospect of opening own business in Crimea. If you have significant financial capital, then you can invest it in order to receive a good income in the near future due to the large number of tourists. It turns out that there are many different options to start a profitable business on this peninsula.

By visiting the portal "Island of Crimea", you can view the best hotels of the peninsula and choose the best option for a great vacation on this one.

What kind of business to open in Crimea?

  • First of all, it all depends on the amount Money which you can use as start-up capital. Here you can make money on almost any service, whether it's renting a house, trading, opening a nightclub or restaurant.
  • Before opening your own business on the peninsula, be aware that, as in other tourist centers, souvenir products are very popular. In this case, you should think about its production, which is easy to organize even at home. This is a profitable and good business, but you should take into account the huge competition in this area.
  • Also, water attractions are always very popular on the Crimean peninsula. By investing relatively little money in the purchase of slides, water skis and bananas, you can operate them without further expenses in subsequent seasons. But such a business depends not only on the time of year, but also on weather conditions(for example, if there is strong wind or rain, the services will not be in demand).
  • What kind of business to open in Crimea, if you have a multi-million dollar capital on your bank account? It is worth thinking about real estate in the Crimea. Thus, you have every chance to equip a new living space and then either rent it out by posting an ad on the Internet or through acquaintances and friends. It is worth noting that the monthly income will be very high, especially in summer, because the influx of tourists to Crimea is growing every year. Open a business on the peninsula and become a wealthy person. No one can guarantee that real estate costs will pay off after a year, but you can have passive income.
  • AT without fail It is worth considering entertainment services. For example, at the moment there is a shortage of cinemas on the Crimean peninsula. It's coming out in our time a large number of interesting films, so build or rent a building with free money, redevelop it, think over the list of services, set ticket prices. It will also not be superfluous to hire experienced workers and form a whole staff to start effective work. If the cinema is not to your liking, set up an exhibition center for adults and children so that visitors of all ages can experience art even during their holidays.

You always need to be prepared for the worst, for example, a business you opened in the Crimea, which brought huge incomes in the summer, may not bring profit at all during the off season - these are the features of tourist regions.
