As emphasized in the Consulate General of Russia, these bureaus do not replace the work of consulates, but only support them. Employees of firms licensed to this species activities, underwent a special internship and then began independent work. We were among them from the very beginning.

We answer all questions related to the execution and receipt of documents at the Russian consulate, prepare and fill out the necessary forms, form groups of pensioners, transfer the data of our clients to the consulate in advance and, in certain cases, at the appointed time outside the main office hours of the consulate, we accompany them to receive ready documents.

We save time and energy for our customers. Our office is located near the center of Hamburg and the Russian Consulate General. From Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00, or by prior arrangement, citizens living in the federal states of Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony and Bremen can come in person or call our office. On the territory of Germany, in addition to Hamburg, visa centers also operate in Berlin, Bonn, Leipzig, Munich and Frankfurt am Main.

Visa Application Centers are officially authorized to accept, process and submit for consideration to the diplomatic missions and consular offices of the Russian Federation documents for issuing visas, including consular fees, from individuals and various companies and organizations (including travel agencies), as well as to issue passports with ready-made visas. Employees of visa centers advise applicants on issues related to filling out a visa application form, required kit documents for obtaining a visa, the procedure and terms for obtaining a visa, etc.

The service fee should not be confused with the consular fee payable to a diplomatic mission or consular post. The amount of the consular fee is established in accordance with the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the European Community on the facilitation of the issuance of visas to citizens of the Russian Federation and the European Community dated May 25, 2006.
