What for

One can organize a peasant economy individual. In this case no agreement is needed. If such an organization is created by several people, the agreement is mandatory. If KFH is created by several people, the agreement is mandatory.

3.2. Members of the farm independently determine the types of activities of the farm, the volume of agricultural production based on their own interests.

4. Farm property.

The property of the farm is formed from:

4.2. 5. Membership in the farm.

5.1. Admission of new members to the farm is carried out by mutual agreement on the basis of a citizen's written application.

5.2. Membership in the farm is terminated upon withdrawal from the members of the farm or in the event of the death of a member of the farm.

5.3. Withdrawal from the members of the farm is carried out at his request in writing.

5.4. Upon exit or death of one of the members of the farm, the land plot specified in paragraphs. 4.1.-4.3, and other property of the farm is not subject to division. Part of the property is compensated to the withdrawing member of the farm or the heir (in the event of the death of a member of the farm) in cash.

5.5. The amount of compensation to a withdrawing farm member is determined as follows: farm property divided by the number of farm members. 5.6. Compensation for property belonging to a member of the farm is made
