Must know: resolutions, orders, orders, other guidance, methodological, regulatory materials on logistics; economics of production; methods and procedure for the development of long-term and annual plans for logistics, standards for production stocks of raw materials, materials, the procedure for drawing up applications for materials, concluding contracts with suppliers; current standards, specifications on raw materials, materials, manufactured products, the procedure and methods for their development; wholesale and retail prices, the range of consumable materials; organization of accounting for supply and warehouse operations and the procedure for reporting on the implementation of the logistics plan; organization of production, labor and management; basics of production technology; the possibility of using computer technology for the implementation of calculations and accounting for supply operations, the rules for its operation; organization of storage facilities; market methods of managing; labor legislation; labor protection rules and regulations.
Qualification Requirements
Economist for material and technical supply of the 1st category: higher professional (economic) education and at least 3 years of work experience as an economist for material and technical supply of II category.
Economist for material and technical supply of II category: higher professional (economic) education and work experience as an economist for logistics or other engineering and technical positions filled by specialists with higher professional education, at least 3 years.
Logistics Economist: higher vocational (economic) education without presenting requirements for work experience or secondary vocational education and at least 3 years of work experience as a technician of category I or at least 5 years in other positions filled by specialists with secondary vocational education.
