The new short haul aircraft model Sukhoi Superjet 100 was manufactured in Russian Federation in the Sukhoi company with the support of foreign companies. This machine is designed specifically for the transport of passengers. For this, two modifications were created, which differ in the number of seats for passengers. One device is capable of carrying 75 passengers, and the second - 95. In addition, there are models that are designed for longer flights.

The design of the aircraft for short and medium flight distances was started in 2000, during the development it was called a regional aircraft for Russia.

A brief chronology of the creation of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft

In the spring of 2003, at the aircraft design competition, the project under the working name RRJ (No. 97 002) won. In 2006, we started assembling a prototype of this device. The assembly of the machine was carried out in KnAAPO, and a year later this project was delivered to the city of Zhukovsky for further testing at the TsAGI bureau. The product was transported to this city using the Ruslan aircraft.

The first prototype of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft was presented in September 2007. For the first time, this aircraft model took off from the runway a year after the presentation, namely in May 2008. But before the first flight, the designers spent a lot of time checking all the main systems of the machine.

By the end of 2008, the Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft completed factory tests, and the process of state certification began with the participation of an international commission. Resource research aircraft took place in the Siberian research institute. The second machine was completely ready by December 2008, during testing this machine showed excellent flight characteristics.

This device was presented to the general public at the air show in the city of Le Bourget in the summer of 2009. The aircraft model Sukhoi Superjet 100, fully equipped with all systems and with a fully equipped passenger compartment, made its first flight only in the summer of 2009.

Aircraft features

The creation of this machine took place in close partnership with foreign aviation companies. The world-famous Boeing Corporation acted as the main consultant for the creation of the Superjet. In the manufacture of this machine, more than 30 companies were involved, which supplied components for the aircraft.

The aircraft is equipped with a high-quality remote control system provided by Liebherr Aerospase. The onboard equipment of the machine was provided by the Thales Corporation. Even all components of the passenger compartment were designed and provided by Aerospase. In addition to all this, systems such as the chassis, hydraulic system, fuel system, brakes, electrical supply were also provided. foreign companies. All this made it possible to equip the new aircraft with the most modern digital control systems, which helped to achieve high results.

The aircraft has a classic low-wing design scheme, which is equipped with two new generation turbojet engines. The plumage of the machine has a swept shape with a single-keel design scheme. The power plant is represented by two SaM146 engines, which are attached to the wing pylons of the aircraft. The remote control system that this aircraft is equipped with can automatically control the vessel. In addition, there is the possibility of remote release of the chassis and control of the brake system. The control system is so high-quality and safe that it made it possible to completely remove the mechanical control of the device. With this system, you can control the stabilizers.

For the first time, an aircraft designed by the Sukhoi design bureau is equipped with a system that protects the aircraft from touching the runway with its tail during landing or takeoff, even in the event of a pilot error. The on-board system performs a complete analysis of all aircraft systems and notifies pilots of even the slightest malfunctions.

As for avionics, there are also innovations and innovations. It is equipped with a triple high-quality UVC communication system. It protects the car from collisions in the air with others. aircraft. The Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft is equipped with a system that allows landing with minimal pilot participation and belongs to ICAO category IIIA. As for the uniqueness between other aircraft of the Sukhoi Design Bureau, it should be noted that the aircraft of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 model is 95% unique and has almost nothing in common with previous OKB models.

At the beginning of 2015, 88 Sukhoi Superjet type aircraft were manufactured. Among them were 8 prototypes, and 56 of them were handed over to customers.

As for commercial operation, it began in 2011 with the first flight from Yerevan to Moscow. This flight was carried out by an Armenian company that purchased this airliner. It is also used by Aeroflot, which purchased 10 aircraft. But these machines are supplied at a discount, since Aeroflot allegedly shares the risk of operation with manufacturers. In addition, this Sukhoi Design Bureau machine is used in Yakutia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Mexico and other regions of the globe.

In addition to numerous advantages, the Sukhoi Superjet 100 also has disadvantages. The standard machine is designed for a takeoff weight of 49.5 tons. But most sales are focused on the model, which has 95 seats, and at the same time it has a mass of 45.9 tons at takeoff. This model had to be improved and the structure of the machine had to be strengthened, which led to an increase in weight, and as a result, to high costs fuel during flight.

Despite everything, this aircraft is truly a breakthrough in the domestic aircraft industry and will be able to bring our aviation industry to world markets.

The Sukhoi Superjet 100-95 (abbreviated certification name for the RRJ aircraft family - SSJ 100, ICAO designation: SU95) is a short-haul Russian passenger aircraft developed by Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company together with a number of foreign companies.

05/28/2014 At the moment, 5 pre-production, 38 serial aircraft and one airframe for static tests and one more for life tests have been built.

Exploitation

04/19/2011 Armavia, an Armenian airline experiencing financial difficulties, purchased the first production Sukhoi Superjet 100 (tail number EK-95015), and two days later performed its first flight from Yerevan to Moscow. This date was the beginning of the commercial use of aircraft of this type. The flight arrived at Terminal C of Sheremetyevo Airport at 4:45 Moscow time. More than 90 passengers were on board the aircraft.

In August 2012, Armavia announced the abandonment of the previously acquired Superjet aircraft.

History

Board number (eng. Tactical number) in the Navy of the USSR and Russia

The ship's side number (in Russian) is a three-digit (previously two-digit) digital designation of the ship, which is its tactical identifier and call sign. Appointed for a limited period (several years), periodically replaced by order of the fleet command. Assigned for a limited period, the ship's digital identifier has no systematization - neither by class or type/project ship, nor with respect to the fleet or operational association - that is, it has a random nature of assigning a number to a particular ship.

These two essential features: the absence of any assignment logic (lack of systematization) and the periodic change of numbers (the temporary nature of the tail number assignment) - fundamentally distinguish Soviet/Russian side number (eng. Tactical number) from the western concept of a side number (eng. Hull number). But, at the same time, such an approach to assigning a side number (temporary and non-systemic) significantly complicated the identification of a ship before the advent of electronic means of identification and tracking.

The term " tactical number» is used in the Ship Charter of the Russian Navy:

  1. Before going out to sea, the commander of the formation of ships sets the task for the commanders of the ships to march, acquaints them with the situation at the crossing, indicates the marching order and the place of each ship in it, its tactical number ...

Board number (eng. Hull number) in the US Navy

Letter-number designations of the ships of the Navy of the USSR and Russia

The appearance of a system of tactical numbers in the Soviet Navy was largely due to the desire to confuse a potential enemy - the United States in assessing the total number of surface and submarine fleets Soviet Navy, as well as the desire to make it difficult for enemy reconnaissance to determine which warships are in combat campaigns, exercises, etc. Considering that most of the types of surface and submarine ships of the Soviet fleet were built in series, to identify an individual ship of the series only on the basis of visual observation or aerial photography was quite difficult.

Project 1234.1 small rocket ships are further development project 1234. They received powerful weapons and more advanced electronic equipment. RTOs are designed to destroy surface ships and formations of the enemy fleet in the far and near sea zones, cover escort and landing operations of the fleet forces, and patrol in specified areas.
"Mirage"(1986, tail number 617),
"Calm"(1978, tail number 620).

Small anti-submarine ships of project 1124M are a further development of project 1124. They received more powerful weapons, a new sonar and advanced electronic equipment. The ships of this project are designed to search for and destroy enemy submarine forces in the far and near sea zones, provide anti-aircraft defense and air defense of fleet formations, cover escort and landing operations of the fleet forces, and patrol in specified areas. They were built in several series, which differ slightly in performance characteristics. Project 1124M MPKs are the main escort ships of the Russian Navy.
As part of the Black Sea Fleet:

Project 1124 small anti-submarine ship "Aleksandrovets" is designed to search for and destroy enemy submarine forces in the far and near sea zones, provide anti-aircraft defense and air defense of fleet formations, cover escort and landing operations of the fleet forces, and patrol in specified areas. The ships of this project were the main escort ships of the Soviet Navy. They were built in several series. The MPK received modern air defense and anti-aircraft defense weapons, two sonar, new electronic equipment. "Aleksandrovets" is the last operating ship of the project.
In the fleet since 1982.

The small anti-submarine ship "Vladimirets" of project 1145.1 is a further development of project 1141. It received new weapons, more advanced sonar and electronic equipment, and the design of the ship was improved. As an EU, he received gas turbines economic course, which allows for a wide range of speeds and modes of travel. Small anti-submarine ships are unique in their design - they are equipped with fixed-type hydrofoils with automatically controlled flaps. Project 1145.1 MPKs are designed to search for and destroy enemy submarine forces in the far and near sea zones, provide anti-aircraft defense and air defense of fleet formations, cover escort and landing operations of fleet forces, and patrol in specified areas. IPCs on PC are unparalleled in any fleet in the world. "Vladimirets" is the last operational ship of the series.
In the fleet since 1991.

The sea minesweeper "Zheleznyakov" of project 12660 is a new generation anti-mine ship, which received modern weapons, electronic equipment, means of searching for and destroying mines. For the first time in the domestic fleet, it can search for mines right in the direction of the ship. The MTSC is designed to search for and destroy mines in the far and near sea zones, cover convoy and landing operations of the fleet forces, and patrol in specified areas. Project 12660 MTShch are the most advanced anti-mine ships of the Russian Navy.
In the fleet since 1988.

Sea minesweeper "Vice-Admiral Zakharyin" project 02668 is a further development of the project 266M. The ship received new weapons, anti-mine systems (for example, GAS "Livadia") and electronic equipment. The minesweeper can search for mines right in the direction of the ship. It is designed to search for and destroy mines in the far and near sea zones, cover escort and landing operations of the fleet forces, and patrol in specified areas.
