International Exhibition Metal-Expo'2018 is a significant event for the Russian metallurgical industry, which is the foundation of the real sector of the country's economy, provides 4.5% of Russian GDP and creates more than 700 thousand high-performance jobs.

The exhibition traditionally brings together representatives of leading Russian and foreign metallurgical companies, pipe and hardware plants, machine builders and consumers of metallurgical products on one site. Within the framework of the Exhibition events, companies present their latest achievements, exchange advanced scientific, technical and innovative experience, conclude mutually beneficial contracts.

MUSEUM EXPOSITIONS AND EXHIBITIONS

October 20 and 21 VDNKh guests can visit the new exhibition of the RISE competition project "Young, but not broken" in Pavilion No. 34 "Cosmos", which presents the works of the authors of the photo project - the winners of the third season in the Photography category, Vera Barkalova and Ekaterina Kovalenko.

On the weekend guests can appreciate the exposition of the Cosmonautics and Aviation Center from 11:00 to 22:00, as well as the exhibition "Pavilion "Cosmos": between heaven and earth", dedicated to the history and architecture of one of the most famous pavilions of VDNKh. Tickets can be purchased on the websites vdnh.ru and cosmos.vdnh.ru or at the box office inside Pavilion No. 34 Cosmos.

October 20 and 21 in the Library of Crafts at VDNKh, the exhibition "Social Dislocation" will continue to work. The project of the artist Leyla Karipova brought together 12 large photographic portraits of young people with developmental disabilities. The exposition also features a film in which the heroes of the project talk about themselves, about the formation of their personality, upbringing and how big cities influence the formation of attitudes towards different people.

This weekend Visitors to the exhibition "Resort Fashion" by Alexander Vasilyev, dedicated to the beach suit of the twentieth century. On the weekend it's open from 11:00 to 22:00 in pavilion No. 16 "Hydrometeorology".

Young guests of VDNKh and their parents will be able to visit the interactive exhibition "Robostation" in pavilion No. on weekends from 11:00 to 20:00.

On the weekend Pavilion No. 75 will host an exhibition-fair "Jewellery Opening Day", which presents gold and silver items, designer jewelry and branded jewelry from leading manufacturers in Russia and foreign companies.

EXCURSIONS

October 20 at 13:00 and 15:00 there will be space excursions on the territory of VDNKh. Gathering of guests at the arch of the Main Entrance, the duration of the tour is two hours. Pre-registration is required. The cost is 300 rubles. Tickets can be purchased at the VDNKh information center (building No. 230) or on the website.

On the weekend visitors to the exhibition "Resort fashion" in pavilion No. 16 "Hydrometeorology" at 16:00 can take part in a guided tour of the exposition. The cost is 250 rubles.

LECTURES AND MASTER CLASSES

In 2014-2017 in the Central Exhibition Complex "Expocentre" and the Exhibition Complex VDNKh (Moscow) the traditional "Moscow International Salon of Education" was held. More than 40,000 people attend the event every year. Among the regular guests of the Salon is the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Olga Yurievna Golodets, as well as ministers and deputy heads of relevant ministries, who get acquainted with the exhibition stands of all participants, show an active interest in the work of each stand.

Due to its significance, scale, wide number of participants, as well as active public interest, the Moscow International Salon of Education today is one of the leading forums in Russia dedicated to science and education.

From April 18 to April 21, 2018, the 5th Anniversary "Moscow International Salon of Education" will be held at the Exhibition Complex "VDNKh", Moscow. The main organizer of the exhibition is the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. The exhibition will become one of the largest and most significant events in Russia in the field of education and science held in 2018.

From April 18 to April 21, 2018 in Moscow, in the 75th pavilion of VDNKh, the V Moscow International Salon of Education will be held - the largest Russian event in the field of education. The open forum and the country's largest exhibition of new educational technologies will again become a platform for professional discussion and exchange of views between all participants educational process. The event is held by order of the Government of the Russian Federation.

The main theme of the Salon of Education 2018 is "The New Ecosystem of Education". If last year the Salon collected a three-dimensional picture of the entire education ecosystem and the relationships between the participants in the educational process within each cluster, then MMSE 2018 is, first of all, a platform for studying the diversity of the image of the future - a study of trends in the educational environment that is unique in its scope and a forecast of the impact on it new technologies and social space.

"During its existence, the Salon has become a platform for the meeting of the entire educational community, including not only education professionals, manufacturers, but also schoolchildren, students and their parents. The unification of all participants in the educational process within a single ecosystem seems to me a very significant event for the entire industry: only together we can innovate while preserving traditions,” says Olga Yuryevna Vasilyeva, Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

In accordance with the concept, both the program and the exhibition space of the Salon will be divided into several thematic clusters, organized according to the principle of a forum, where the focus is on the platform for discussions, which is surrounded by thematic expositions.

Thus, one of the largest clusters of MMSE - "Secondary Education" - will become a platform for discussing the challenges associated with the development of technology. Education theorists and practitioners, as well as artificial intelligence specialists and business representatives, will come together to build a forecast for the development of the industry for the next 10-15 years, taking into account the active development of technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality and digital educational environments. The discussion will touch upon the topics of individualization of education, organization of school and classroom space, transition to new models of education, and many others.

The business program within the framework of the "Public Policy" cluster will be built not only on highlighting the issues of legal regulation in the field of education, but also with the aim of organizing an open discussion of the professional community and society as a whole. Such a discussion with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation will provide an opportunity to improve the quality of management decisions ensure that the needs and interests of children, their parents, the professional community, business are taken into account, public organizations in the implementation of policies in the field of education and related areas.

The thematic spectrum of the Preschool Education cluster will address issues relevant to education managers, teachers and parents, and will cover all aspects of preparing children for school - from early development technologies and analysis of parental expectations to the problems of financing and regulating preschool institutions.

Cluster "Average professional education will raise the issue of the need for significant changes in the institutions of the SVE, which is required by the inclusion of Russia in the Wordskills movement.

Among the topics of the cluster " Higher education"The issues of building the university of the future, the problems of private universities, as well as how modern universities respond to the most relevant technological trends will be highlighted separately.

Cluster program " Additional education will be built around project activities. Experts will present cutting-edge solutions in the development of technological, digital and entrepreneurial competencies.

As part of the "Inclusive Education" cluster, teachers and specialists in psychological and pedagogical support will once again share their successful experience in teaching and socializing children with disabilities. Special attention the program will focus on the organization of creative inclusive activities.

Also, guests of the MMCO 2018 will have a number of special projects, for which a separate space of the Salon is allocated. Among them is the Forum of Heads of Municipal Education Authorities, the agenda of which will include priority issues of education at the municipal level, as well as special projects "Vocational Guidance", "Continuing Education", "Family Education", "Startup Alley", "Fifth Quarter" - in total, more than 10 thematic special projects are planned at the Salon.

Especially for those involved in management in education, this year a pilot project of the MMSE "New Approaches in Education Management" was launched. As part of the project, participants who will have to undergo preliminary accreditation will discuss what changes need to be made at the school in order for it to work as an effective enterprise, what methods and approaches can be learned from business. The project consists of eight related blocks and covers a wide range of topics - from how to prevent employee burnout and to collect strong team, to issues of development strategy and the formation of a loyal community around the school.

As part of another special project, the MMSE hall will become an institute for advanced training of educators for one day. The best mentors, teachers, tutors will hold open 45-minute classes for everyone: seminars, master classes, classes in the blended learning format. All participants will receive certificates and in the future they will be able to continue their education on a topic that interests them.

In total, about 1,000 events will be held within the framework of the MMSE 2018. The Salon is expected to be attended by representatives from 85 regions of Russia and the international community, more than 1,000 experts and 400 exhibitors. During the working days of the Salon, 60 thousand visitors are expected at the site of the 75th pavilion of VDNKh.

Among the international partners of MMCO are DIDACTA (Germany), BETT (Great Britain) and the European Salon of Education (France).
