  • on setting up exchange with subscribers of the EDI operator "Tensor" (VLSI service),
  • about sending an invitation to exchange electronic documents to a specific user of the counterparty,
  • on setting up exchange between subscribers of Taxcom and Kaluga Astral operators.

2. About the rules of payments for electronic documents, sent by the user from 1C programs.

EDF in 1C programs- this is the exchange of electronic documents between subscribers of different EDI operators

Since February 2015 (see information release of the 1C company No. 19598 dated February 27, 2015), users of 1C:Enterprise 8 programs, when connecting to the service of legally significant electronic document management of invoices and other documents with counterparties (hereinafter referred to as "EDO"), can select one or more EDF operators through which the exchange will be carried out. The list of operators with whom interaction is supported directly in 1C programs is published on the 1C-EDO service website.

Electronic document management operators plan to integrate the technology of automatic invitations of counterparties into their software. The 1C company will publish news about the emergence of new destinations where automatic roaming settings are possible, as operators are ready. We remind you that with operators that do not support automatic setup, EDF users in PP 1C can activate roaming using an application.

About the rules for calculating payment for services 1C-EDO (including 1C-Takskom)

Payment in 1C-EDO (1C-Taksky) is subject to electronic documents sent by the service subscriber (hereinafter referred to as “EDO traffic”) during the billing period (month). Invoices and settlement documents are issued to users of 1C programs by 1C partners, who are service organizations for Information and technological support of 1C:ITS and/or for the EDF service in 1C software. More details about this in the section “Connection to 1C-EDO and payment terms” of the information release of the 1C company No. 19598 dated 02/27/2015.

The 1C company, on the basis of an agreement with the e-document flow operator Taxcom LLC, has the right to issue invoices to users and partners for the use of the Taxcom-Docklines software (see information release of the 1C company No. 15101 dated 05/04/2012) during the billing period months as a license fee for the derivative software product"1C-EDO", which ensures interaction of 1C software with all EDO operators, participants of the 1C-EDO service (including 1C-Takskom). In this regard, the 1C company recommends that partners enter into a license agreement with EDF users in the 1C software specifically for the 1C-EDO software product. The license agreement template is published in the ITS Partner Directory, which is available to 1C partners.

The amount of payment for EDF for a 1C user organization is calculated in accordance with EDF traffic from 1C programs for all unique EDF participant identifiers received both in the 1C-Taksky and 1C-EDO services, through which this organization carried out the exchange during the billing month. The total EDF traffic is reduced by the preferential free traffic limit included in the 1C:ITS Information and Technology Support agreement, the StartEDO tariff or others package rates 1C. In this regard, the functionality of distributing limits on preferential EDI traffic in the 1C-Taksky service, which is one of the tools for Internet support for 1C software users, loses its meaning; it is planned to be withdrawn from Internet support.

The basis for determining the payer for EDF traffic for the 1C company is the user account, Internet support login, recorded in the 1C program in which the EDF user organization works. An account is created when a 1C software user registers on the 1C:ITS Portal. User rights to 1C:ITS services are associated with this account, incl. on 1C-EDO (including 1C-Taksky).

If the login and password are from account user's 1C software were transferred to another organization that is not part of the user's group of companies, then the “foreign” organization has the opportunity to use services, including EDF, within the limits of the rights that the real user has. If the user has reason to believe that the password for the Internet support account has been compromised, it is necessary to change the password on the Portal.

  1. Select the reports to be exported in the "Uploading reporting data" window of the 1C program.
  2. Check the box "to the SbiS++ Document Flow program" and make sure that the directory of the SbiS++ program is indicated in the destination directory field.
  3. To download, use the "Download reporting data to file" button. After this, the process of exporting 1C reports to special electronic reporting files will begin. You can monitor it in the message window that appears.
  4. After the export is completed, the CbiC++ program accesses the received electronic reporting files and sequentially reads them into its own database.

For version 8.0, this procedure is slightly different, but is no more complicated than in the described case. The possibility of such integration significantly simplifies the work of an accountant.
