What does "subscriber" and "subscriber user" mean?

The 1C:ITS Portal uses a two-level model for working with users. At the top level is "Subscriber". A subscriber can be called an organization, an individual or a legal entity that purchases 1C software products and concludes 1C: ITS maintenance agreements. At the second level of the model, there are “subscriber users” - these are employees of the organization, people who use the purchased 1C services for their work and who can be identified by their login and password. Many people can work in one organization, so many subscriber users can be associated with one subscriber.

How do subscribers appear?

When you register your account on the 1C: ITS Portal, inventing a login and password for authorization, you automatically create one "subscriber" with which your account is associated. For the name of the account, the full name data that you specified during registration is used. If you did not specify them, then the name of the subscriber will be the login from your account. To change the name of the subscriber, click on the name of the authorized user in the upper right menu of the screen. Move the mouse cursor over the name of the subscriber and enter a new name in the same field.

This role is assigned to one account when a subscriber is created. A user with such an account receives administrator rights and full access to manage the data of such a subscriber. How to invite other users to subscriber?

Only a user with the Subscriber Owner role can invite new users to a subscriber. All other users invited to this subscriber will receive the role of "subscriber user" and will be able to use only those services to which the owner of the subscriber has given them access.

In order for the owner of the subscriber to invite users, he must have a verified address Email, which he indicated when registering in the account. Then, immediately after accepting the invitation, the employee will have the right to use the 1C: ITS service. But you can send an invitation without this flag, and set it later, after the employee accepts the invitation. To send an invitation, click the green Send Invitation button. The employee will receive a letter containing an activation link and information about who invites them and where.

We pay attention to two points:

  • The validity period of the invitation is finite and is 7 days from the date of creation of the invitation. The letter indicates until what date the invitation is valid. If the deadline has passed, then the invitation must be sent again. To do this, in the Personal Account, the author of the invitation needs to find the invitation in the list and click the "Resend" button
  • If multiple invitations are sent to the same email address, only the last invitation sent will be valid. Therefore, when sending invitations to employees, use their personal email addresses, not the general corporate email address.

When clicking on the activation link from the letter, the employee will open the Unified Authorization form on the 1C: ITS Portal. If the employee already has a login and password on the 1C: ITS Portal, then you can click the link "Already registered?" and go to the login and password entry form. If an account has not yet been created, then fill in the details of this registration form.

The full name and e-mail fields are filled in automatically from the invitation data, their values ​​can be changed in this form. Login and Password must be created by yourself.

How to update 1C?

  10. The configuration update process will start, this may take 5 to 10 minutes. It all depends on the type of configuration and on the performance of the computer on which the 1C update is being performed.

  11. A window will open confirming the 1C update - we agree.
  12. Next, a window will open with a list of changes that have occurred in the configuration during the upgrade process. We press the button To accept.

  13. After you have finished accepting the changes, run the configuration in 1C:Enterprise mode.
