Market at Kryukovo station. A new agricultural market opened in Zelenograd

From 13 to 23 August a big city holiday will be held in Moscow and Zelenograd Moscow summer. Jam Festival. The festival venues will be parks, squares, avenues and pedestrian streets. For ten days, Moscow will be decorated with installations and art objects, fair tents, jam and fruit sweets.

The purpose of the Competition is to involve city organizations in the implementation of programs aimed at promoting employment of the population, organizing jobs for young students, becoming civilized labor relations, increasing the social responsibility of business and encouraging best employers for contribution to the development of the capital's labor market.

New for buyers shopping center in the 23rd microdistrict of Zelenograd will open the doors presumably in November. This was announced by the deputy prefect of the Zelenograd district Alexander Chebotarev in an interview with the Zelenograd Today radio studio.

On July 29, during a survey of the territory of the Kryukovo district of Zelenograd, a non-stationary trade facility "cafe" was found near building 2003, the term of placement of which on the territory of the district had expired. Therefore, the cafe is located illegally.

In Moscow, the replacement of old trade pavilions to modern new ones. First of all, stalls began to be updated in the city center. According to the Internet publication Komsomolskaya Pravda, 18 new Ice Cream and Bread stalls have been installed in the capital so far. They appeared on Shabolovka, Ostozhenka, Tverskaya, Pokrovka, Komsomolsky Prospekt.

The melon season has started in Moscow and Zelenograd. By the end of August, more than 200 points of sale of watermelons and melons should open in the capital, which will be open until October 1. In the first week of August, it is planned to officially open about 50 melon shops.

Weekend fairs have long been loved by Zelenograd residents and residents of the capital. Most Muscovites positively assess the work of fairs; they are popular among the population. This is not surprising - the trade fairs are organized by the Department of Trade and Services of the city of Moscow and district councils with the support of prefectures, and high-quality fresh products from farms and household plots are put up for sale.

On behalf of the prefecture, the administration of the Silino district carried out inspections of the markets located near the Kryukovo station, during which individual violations were identified. The management of the managing organizations that are responsible for the operation of the markets were issued notifications with the deadlines for eliminating violations, and instructed to take urgent measures to ensure the operation of the markets in accordance with the requirements of the law.

Into the address scheme for locating seasonal summer cafes at stationary enterprises Catering in Zelenograd, two new facilities have been added: the Planet Sushi - El Patio summer cafe on Savelkinsky Proyezd and the Piu del Cibo summer cafe near building 330. The corresponding changes were published in the order of the prefect of the Zelenograd district No. changes to the order of the Zelenogradsky prefecture administrative district from 18.03.2015 No. 152-rp".

Recent monitoring for compliance with the requirements for organizing weekend fairs in the capital region singled out Zelenograd as the most prosperous district. And this means that at the Zelenograd weekend fairs the whole process is organized according to the letter of the law. Zelenograd deputies also note this during their own inspections.

The news that a shopping and restaurant complex will be built on the site of the Kryukovsky market in Zelenograd is about the same time as the law, according to which markets in Russia can only be located in capital buildings. However, neither one nor the other has so far prevented the most "evil" place in Zelenograd from functioning practically in the same form in which it has existed for the last fifteen years. But a couple of months ago, in the middle of the market, construction nevertheless began. What will eventually be built here, how it will look and whether it will still be possible to buy vegetables on Kryukovskaya Square, I tell you under the cut.

This is what the place looks like now. Well, suddenly who from reading this post, does not know. :) Unfortunately, the photo best quality could not be found. The only noticeable change in recent years is the appearance of two white tents. By the way, they will be preserved.

Construction on the site of the market has been planned for probably ten years already. At first, he was hampered by problems with relaying the gas pipeline passing under this section, then, apparently, by the slowness of the developer, then the project of the Kryukovo transport and interchange hub almost interfered ... In 2015, the investor already presented one project of a shopping, restaurant and market complex on Kryukovskaya area. It was assumed that the area of the new building will be 11,000 square meters, of which 6,000 will be allocated for the agricultural market. The Atak supermarket was announced as the anchor tenant of the new shopping center. Now all this information is no longer relevant. Well, thank God, I guess. I won't pretend to be an architectural critic, but the old project looked tacky.

A couple of weeks ago, a new architectural concept development of the market area. In principle, this sketch with captions clearly illustrates what, in what order and why they will be built there.

In September, the construction of the building of the first stage began on Kryukovskaya Square, which will be given over to an agricultural market with food courts. Construction is expected to be completed in the spring next year.

The area of the market part of the complex will be 1445 square meters. meters. Next to it, it is planned to equip a zone for seasonal trade in the warm season, in which light frame-type canopies will be installed. They will be made in a style similar to the main building - they will be lattice structures with counters.

The two-story building of the second stage with an area of 1271 square meters will house catering establishments. The main entrance will be located on the corner of the building from the Iridium side. Another entrance is designed from the side of the railway station and future parking.

Now the investor is starting to develop project documentation. It is declared that the start of construction of the restaurant complex is scheduled for the second quarter of 2018, but, to be honest, I would not really trust these plans.

About the third, the largest and most complex part of the project, at the moment it is known that it will consist of two volumes and have two floors. Estimated total area - 5720 sq. meters. Why supposed? Yes, because the concept of this seias building is at the stage of coordination with the Moscow Committee for Architecture, so its appearance, declared on the sketch with the general plan, may also change.
A beautiful description of the architectural appearance of other buildings, for which the concept has already been approved, sounds like this: “The buildings will be clad in composite panels of wood and gray shades, combined with stained-glass windows. A combination of vertical and horizontal rhythms of facing plates will add visual variety. The rectangular shape is accentuated by protruding frames along the contour of the building, as well as information structures.
It remains to add that next to the future complex it is planned to create a parking lot for a total of 270 cars.

Well, let's see what comes out of it all. And when. But in general, I welcome the declared transformation and cultivation of the space that is now occupied by the Kryukov market. The main thing is that a full-fledged market should really be preserved there, because there is no alternative to it in the old part of Zelenograd.

The war between the Moscow authorities and the "wild" markets has taken on a serious scale - the Salyut-3 market has been closed by a decree of the Moscow mayor. The one on which the Vietnamese, selling fake Adidas, tried to riot... Salyut-3 became another market that the authorities decided to "sentence", following the course of "civilized trade".

Actually, in Russian conditions, any market is "wild" - they give bribes, sometimes they deceive buyers, they sell illegal counterfeit goods, there price "competition" is determined by the decision of secret owners (very often leaders of ethnic groups that control trade). And yet, under all these circumstances, the majority of our fellow citizens will ardently come out in support of these uncivilized markets. The reason is known - the prices for the same products in large metropolitan stores are often higher than in the markets ...

Will the Kryukov market be closed during this campaign? What is called, on the sly... It is possible. In any case, the Moscow mayor ordered the prefects to conduct a thorough check of the markets and shopping centers where foreigners are used as hired force before the end of the month. The fact that the Kryukov market is strongly "foreign" will cause doubts only in the blind ... Guests from the south are present at it in such abundance that one gets the impression that the Kryukov market is located not at all in central Russia, but somewhere in Baku or in Tashkent...

Until recently, the whole situation around our market looked "tolerant" and calm. And this despite the fact that the original version, which was circulating among the "people" after the murder of Oblonsky, was connected precisely with the market - allegedly with the plans of a high-ranking Zelenograd official to close it. The irritation of the urban youth against the invasion of the southern guests has also not yet resulted in open forms. The incident on the day of the Airborne Forces can be ignored ... So, the inhabitants of the Kryukovsky market felt safe to this day ...

However, things are different now. The question is what is the secret (not openly voiced in the press) desire of the Moscow authorities regarding the Moscow markets in general. If "there is an opinion" that we "do not need" such markets, then they will not look for a reason to close the next market for a long time. You can always find a thousand such reasons, and completely legitimate reasons - just start checking ... And most likely, these are the results that will be expected from Moscow prefects. Reasons for closing. It's another matter if, for example, one declares that by means of an audit it was possible to restore complete order in a particular market, which, in principle, cannot be. Such a report could very soon create a rather awkward situation...

In general, the prospects for the existence of the Kryukovsky market in the form in which it is now have again become shaky and uncertain. Moscow is moving into a blessed "civilized" life, where chic expensive shops promise swearing that "our prices will pleasantly surprise you." And the small dark-haired dealers who came to us from all sides somehow do not register in this coming splendor ...

The State Duma adopted a draft law on retail markets, which until January 1, 2016 extended the period for the transfer of agricultural markets to capital buildings in million-plus cities

The issue of closing the Kryukovsky market has long worried the residents of Zelenograd. Such intentions appeared a few years ago, since in 2006 the competition for the development of Kryukovskaya Square was won by the Vit-Sirius company, which subleased part of the land plot to ZAO Zelenograd Management Company for market trade and before the start of construction shopping complex. Due to the need to shift the gas pipeline passing in this place, the start of construction was greatly delayed.

“Indeed, there are problems with the gas pipeline,” Alexei Nemeryuk, head of the Trade and Services Department, reported in November 2014. - First, the city had to do it at its own expense, and in 2010, when the situation changed, it became clear that the investor would have to carry out this work himself - for his own or borrowed funds. If the State Duma does not adopt a law on postponing the closing of markets and non-capital facilities, then the Kryukov market will be closed by the end of the year.”

According to Federal Law No. 271 “On Retail Markets”, by the end of 2014, it was planned to close about 30 of the 53 markets currently operating in Moscow. The document states that by January 1, 2015, all markets in non-capital facilities (with the exception of agricultural) in the capital should be closed. Previously, under the agricultural promised to give a covered space in the future shopping center on Kryukovskaya Square.

On the vacant territory, the authorities plan to build another shopping and entertainment center. Developers promise to organize trade in vegetables and fruits on the ground floor. Entrepreneurs who have lost their jobs will be able to move there.

The plans of the authorities are one thing, but for the residents of Zelenograd, the Kryukov market continues to be a favorite place. Despite the abundance of supermarkets, many, according to tradition, go for groceries here. And the uncertainty of the fate of the market worries Zelenograd residents, which leads to their appeals to the city authorities:

Leonid: “In November 2013 I read that Veshchevoi and food market on Kryukovskaya Square will definitely be closed by the end of 2014. At the same time, the construction of a shopping center next to the market will begin in the winter. The gas pipeline, which slowed down these plans, has not yet been shifted. “The market will absolutely cease to exist by the end of next year,” prefect Anatoly Smirnov said at a meeting with residents on trade issues. Tell me nothing has changed in a year? Will the market be closed?

Marina Georgievna: " Please tell me, are the rumors about the imminent closure of the Kryukovsky market - idle gossip, or reality? And if the latter, then wouldn’t it be worthwhile to consult with the townspeople, and not to deprive them of their long-standing and familiar place of trade by a voluntaristic decision?”

Sergei Semenovich: " Please comment on the message of Zelenoradsky market sellers about the alleged termination of Zelenogradsky market LLC in 2014 due to its closure.

Leonid Mikhailovich: " Already in December, what is planned with the Kryukov market? Will the three bazaars on Kryukovskaya Square stop working on January 1, 2015, or will the State Duma adopt a bill to postpone the liquidation of markets in non-capital facilities before the end of the year?

Deputy prefect of the Zelenograd district of Moscow, Alexander Chebotarev, in response to these questions, reported that the agricultural markets operating on Kryukovskaya Square (LLC Zelenogradsky Market, LLC Zelenogradsky Market with TC and CJSC Zelenogradskaya Management Company”) are located on this territory temporarily, as they are located on the territory where it is planned to implement an investment project for the construction of a shopping complex and a public catering facility. However, the construction of these facilities by the investor is delayed due to the need to resolve the issue of laying the gas pipeline in the area allocated for the construction of these facilities. However, in accordance with the requirements federal law dated December 30, 2006 No. 271-FZ "On retail markets and on amendments to Labor Code Russian Federation"from 01.01.2015, markets that operate not in stationary buildings, structures and structures, including markets on Kryukovskaya Square, should be closed. However, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation came up with an initiative to amend current legislature in terms of extending the operation of markets located in non-capital facilities, at the discretion of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. In case of adoption of amendments to the federal legislation, the timing of the withdrawal of markets may be specified.

And so, on Tuesday, December 23, 2014, the State Duma adopted the draft law on retail markets in the third, final reading. He extended until January 1, 2016 the deadline for the transfer of agricultural markets to capital buildings in million-plus cities, including Moscow. Other regions will be able to determine the timing of construction. There are 18 agricultural markets left in Moscow, which must be moved to capital buildings, otherwise they will be closed, Aleksey Nemeryuk, head of the department of trade and services, told M24.ru.

He noted that the authorities have repeatedly negotiated with the owners of the markets, who "reached out to the last", and if it were not for the extension of the deadlines, these markets would have to be closed right now. Now they will have another year to build capital buildings.

Mikhail Mandalyan - Head of the Committee of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) for wholesale and retail supported the postponement of the transfer of agricultural markets to permanent buildings: “This is great news. Given the difficult economic situation, it is necessary to meet the needs of entrepreneurs. If somewhere open market hinders a lot, you can point to solve the issue. I think that all Moscow markets will have time to become capital buildings in a year.”

I used to buy something in this market all the time. Since my MCH lived in Zelenograd, and I always went to visit him from Moscow. What is convenient is the market right next to the train station. We always bought hot pita bread and khachapuri here, very tasty, I advise. There is also a large selection of vegetables and fruits, and if you go into a small nook between the clothing market and the vegetable market, near the exit that leads to the shopping center, then local grandmothers always sit there, I buy from them, they also have mine, and still I want to help our grandmothers than foreign entrepreneurs who flooded Moscow.

A real chaotic market. I have been to the Zelenograd market for vegetables and fruits many times. I can’t say that I love this market or some other, I just prefer to buy products in trusted supermarkets, preferably chain ones. Therefore, in this market, I didn’t take anything but fresh vegetables and fruits, they are difficult to spoil, the only thing you can weigh a little. As for weighing, I also can’t say with accuracy that they always gave me the right amount here or, on the contrary, underweight, because I don’t have the habit of running home and checking the weight, but it seems to me that in this market there are mostly more or less decent sellers, usually friendly and cheerful women in age. Prices do not differ much from store prices, and for some goods home production and more expensive. The most pleasant thing is the convenient location of the market, right next to the Kryukovo station. Entering here, you can then walk through other nearby pavilions and shops. There is almost everything, from clothes for the whole family to household chemicals.

We go to the Zelenogradsky market located near the Kryukovo station once a week. It is located on the way to the dacha, and therefore we always buy products there. We mainly take fruits and vegetables. The prices for fruits and vegetables in the whole market are varied, so we first go through the market and look at the prices, and only then we buy. Since the goods are almost the same everywhere, but the prices still differ. If you compare prices with the Fair near the house in Moscow, then it is cheaper here. Also on the market now you can buy all sorts of seedlings and seeds. There are rows with clothes and household goods, but for such prices you can find good prices in the store. When leaving the market, there is a tent where delicious pita bread and delicious chebureks are sold.

I very often buy products in the market, because I do not always trust those fruits or vegetables that are sold in stores and supermarkets. I believe that there they are always stale and expired. Since I live near the Kryukovo metro station, it is most convenient for me to go to the Zelenogradsky market. I constantly buy fruits and vegetables from the same sellers, so everyone knows me well, they never deceive me when making calculations and try to sell fruits of the first freshness. The counters are always clean, there are almost never spoiled vegetables, because quite a lot of people go to the market, so the goods do not lie for a long time, they are sold out very quickly. Sometimes I buy toys for my sister's child in the market. Here you can still sometimes find cubes familiar to us from childhood or harmless designers that do not teach the child to be angry and do not cause aggression. You can also buy clothes for everyday wear.
