This standard applies to quick-frozen fruits (whole and cut) and berries intended for retail sale. trading network, enterprises Catering and for industrial processing.

The requirements of this standard are mandatory, except for clause 1.3. whose requirements are recommended.

The terms used in the standard and explanations for them are given in Appendix 1.

1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1. Quick-frozen fruits and berries are produced in accordance with the requirements of this standard according to the current technological instructions and recipes in compliance with the sanitary rules approved in the prescribed manner.

1.2. Characteristics

1.2.1. Quick-frozen fruits and berries are made of the following types: pome fruits - whole and slices;

stone fruits - with a stone, without a stone and cut into halves: berries as a whole;

strawberries (strawberries) - with or without sepals; wine! glad - in bunches, parts of bunches and berries; red currant - brushes.

OKI codes are listed in Appendix 2.

1.2.2. Quick-frozen fruits and berries are made of the highest, first and table grades. Strawberries (strawberries), frozen with sepals, only the first and

1.2.3. For the manufacture of quick-frozen fruits and berries, the following raw materials are used, which must comply with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation:

fresh stone fruits and pome fruits; fresh berries; fresh grapes;

food acids (ascorbic and citric); food table salt; drinking water.

Fresh fruits and berries are not allowed for processing, in which the residual amount of pesticides, the content of toxic elements and iatulin mycotoxin exceed the maximum allowable levels approved by the USSR Ministry of Health.

1.2.4. According to organoleptic indicators, quick-frozen fruits and yayuda must comply with the requirements and standards specified in Table. 1-4.

1.3. Package

1.3.1. Quick-frozen fruits and berries must be packed:

By agreement with the consumer, quick-frozen fruits and berries are packed in three-layer paper bags of the PM brand according to GOST 2226 (the net weight of the product should not exceed 15 kg), in polyethylene liners according to GOST 19360, followed by packing in containers.

1.3.2. For individual packaging units, the net weight may deviate from that indicated on the label:

± 3% - when packing up to 1000 g;

± 1% - when packing over 1000 g.

Since 1995, when dosing the product by the automatic method of weight combination dosing for a packaging unit weighing 0.5 and I kg, the permissible error in the mass of each unit must be:

± 2 g - for small-fruited (with the largest size of fruits and berries up to 15 mm);

± 5 g - for large-fruited (with the largest size of fruits and eggs from 15 to 60 mm).

1.4. Marking

1.4.1. The marking of the burial container must be typographically or printed on a paper label or directly on the surface of the container in a typographical way, indicating the following data:

name and address of the manufacturer;

trademark (if the company has it);

product name;

standard designations;

masses of neggo;

commercial grade;

dates and shifts of production;

conditions and period of storage;

information on niche and energy value (Appendix 3); method of preparation and application (Appendix 4).

1.4.2. Transport marking - according to GOST 14192 with indication of manipulation signs 2 and 5. On one of the end sides of the transport container with products packaged in consumer

containers (or in bulk), are clearly marked with indelible, odorless paint or affixed with a label indicating the following data:

name and address of the manufacturer; product names: standard designations;

1.4.3. The adhesive used for gluing labels on boxes and gluing packaging material must be made from a full-acetate dispersion according to GOST 1X992. starch according to GOST 7699 or dextrin according to GOST 6034; inks for labels must be resistant, non-smearing. odorless and meet the requirements approved by the USSR Ministry of Health.

2. ACCEPTANCE

2.1. Quick-frozen stocks and berries are accepted in batches. A batch is considered to be a set of packaging units of products of the same type and name, in uniform packaging, drawn up by one document on the quality of the established<|юрмы.

commercial grade;

date and change of production;

the number of packaging units and shipping containers; net weight of the packaging unit; conditions and shelf life of products; standard designation;

the conclusion of the manufacturer's laboratory on the conformity of products to the requirements of this standard.

2.2. The control of each batch of products is carried out according to the following indicators: the quality of packaging and labeling;

net weight of products; physical and chemical; organoleptic; microbiological; product temperature.

These indicators are determined in a sample from a batch selected by random selection according to GOST 1X321.

To control the quality of products, a normal single-stage control is used on an alternative basis in accordance with GOST 1X242 *.

In case of disagreement in assessing the quality of products, enhanced control is used.

2.3. To control the quality of packaging, labeling of transport containers, a sample is taken (boxes, bags, containers, etc.), the volume of which is indicated in Table. 7.

If, during the control of each indicator, the number of units of defective consumer packaging in the sample is less than or equal to the acceptance number, the lot is accepted. If the number of units of defective consumer packaging in the sample is equal to or greater than the rejection number, the lot is rejected.

2.6. Control of organoleptic and fish-chemical quality indicators

2.6.1. A sample is taken from packaged products, the volume of which is indicated in Table. 9. And the temperature measurement is carried out to control the net weight.

2.6.2. From products packed in bulk shipping containers, a sample is taken, the volume of which is indicated in Table. ten.

2.6.3. If the results of the control of organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters in the combined sample are satisfactory (that is, they correspond to indicators not lower than the table variety), the batch is accepted.

2.7. The control of the content of toxic elements, pesticides and patulin is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the manufacturer of the product in agreement with the state sanitary supervision authorities and guaranteeing the safety of the product.

3. TEST METHODS

3.1. Determining the quality of packaging and labeling

The method consists in a visual assessment of the state of the package, the correctness of marking and labeling.

Visually check each transport packaging unit of the sample on Mon. 2.3 and 2.4.

When checking the products included in the sample, a packaging unit that has at least one of the following defects:

mechanical damage to the package;

violation of the marking, which does not allow to reproduce the meaning of the marking text;

inconsistency of the text with the requirements of the standard;

product packaging.

Products in defective unmarked or improperly marked packaging are accepted separately.

3.2. The net weight of each packaging unit of products in the sample according to clause 2.5 is determined by weighing on a balance of an accuracy class of at least 4 according to GOST 24104 *. with a weighing limit corresponding to the measured mass. Weighing is carried out in rooms with a temperature at which the product is stored or transported.

3.3.1. Spot sampling

For products packed in a shipping container, three point samples are taken from each opened packaging unit of the sample according to clause 2.6.2 into a vessel from the upper, middle and lower layers of the product. The mass of each sample is indicated in table. eleven.

When drafting this standard, modified in relation to UNECE STANDARD FFV-57:2010, concerning the marketing and commercial quality control of berries in terms of cranberries (Vaccinium macrocarpon Aiton) and small cranberries (Vaccinium oxycoccos L.), the term "products subject to degradation " and its parameters, which are provided for in Section IV "Provisions concerning tolerances" for cranberries in Classes I and II. However, the reason for the exclusion of the term “product subject to degradation” from this standard is presented in the additional appendix of the DB.

4 Classification

5 Technical requirements

5.1 Cranberries must comply with the requirements of this standard and be prepared and packaged in consumer packaging according to the technological instructions in compliance with the requirements established by the regulatory legal acts of the state that adopted the standard * (6).

5.2 The quality of cranberries must comply with the characteristics and standards specified in Table 1.

5.4 Packaging

5.4.1 Packaging of cranberries in accordance with the regulatory legal acts of the state that adopted the standard * (8).

5.4.2 Cranberries are packed in bulk without pressure in boxes made of wood and polymer materials according to GOST 10131, wicker baskets and other types of packaging with a capacity of not more than 30 kg. barrels in accordance with GOST 8777 with a capacity of not more than 150, consumer packaging made of polymeric and combined materials in accordance with GOST 12301, GOST 12302 and other types of packaging that ensure the preservation of the quality of berries during transportation. Spring harvest cranberries are packed in barrels according to GOST 8777 with a capacity of not more than 50 dm3.

5.4.3 Cranberries must be packed in such a way as to ensure their proper preservation and safety.

5.4.4 The packaging of cranberries must be whole, strong, clean, dry, free from pests, and without foreign smell.

5.4.5 The materials used inside the package, including paper, ink, paint, glue used for printing or labeling, must be clean, non-toxic and ensure that, when in contact with cranberries, they maintain their quality and safety.

5.4.6 The contents of each package must be uniform and contain cranberries of the same origin and variety, for wild-growing cranberries - of the same type and quality. Berries of a cranberry of the premium and the first classes have to be practically identical on degree of a maturity and coloring. Laying cranberries should be tight, flush with the edges of the container.

5.4.7 The visible part of the product in the package must correspond to the contents of the entire packaging unit.

5.4.8 the package is not allowed to contain foreign substances, except for accidentally falling leaves and twigs for wild cranberries.

5.4.9 The net weight of the product in the packaging unit must correspond to the nominal weight indicated in the marking on the consumer container, taking into account the allowable deviations.

The negative deviation of the net weight from the nominal weight of each packaging unit must comply with the requirements of GOST 8.579 or regulatory legal acts of the state that adopted the standard.

The deviation of the net weight of one packaging unit from the nominal weight in the direction of increase is not regulated.

5.5 Marking

5.5.1 Labeling of packaging units with cranberries in accordance with the regulatory legal acts of the state that adopted the standard * (9)

5.5.2 Product information is applied to consumer and shipping containers on labels and insert sheets with indelible, non-sticky, odorless, non-toxic paint, ink.

5.5.3 Labeling of each unit of consumer packaging with cranberries indicating*(9):

Product names ("cultivated cranberries", "wild cranberries"; "cultivated cranberries", "wild cranberries");

Names and location of the manufacturer [legal address, including the country, and, if not the same as the legal address, address(es) of production(s)] and the organization authorized by the manufacturer to accept claims from consumers in the territory of the state (if any);

5.5.4 Marking of transport containers - in accordance with GOST 14192 with the application of handling signs "Perishable goods", "Temperature limit: for chilled cranberries - no higher than 5 ° C, for frozen cranberries - no higher than minus 18 ° C".

6 Acceptance rules

6.1 Cranberries are accepted in batches. A batch is understood to mean any number of cranberries of the same origin and variety (for wild-growing cranberries - one species), commercial grade, packed in containers of the same type and size, received in the same transport line and issued with one document certifying the quality and safety of the product.

The accompanying document must contain the following information:

Document number and date of issue;

Name and address of the sender;

Name and address of the recipient;

Product name;

Variety;

commercial grade;

Number of packaging units;

Net weight;

Date of collection, packaging, shipment;

Storage conditions;

Number and type of vehicle;

The designation of this standard;

Information on confirmation of conformity (if any).

6.2 To check the quality of cranberries, the correctness of packaging and labeling, as well as the net weight of the packaging unit for compliance with the requirements of this standard, a sample is taken from a batch of berries from different places in accordance with table 2.

6.3 From each selected packaging unit, point samples weighing at least 0.5 kg of berries are taken from different places. From point samples, a combined sample weighing at least 1.5 kg is formed, which is analyzed. If the berries are in a barrel filled with water, then a sample weighing 0.5 kg is taken with a colander from the depth of the barrel and, after the water drains, is poured out for analysis on a sheet of filter paper. The test results are distributed to the entire batch.

6.4 After checking, the selected packaging units are added to the batch of cranberries.

6.5 The quality of cranberries in damaged packaging units is checked separately, the results apply only to the berries in these packaging units.

6.6 The procedure and frequency of control over the content of toxic elements, pesticides, radionuclides, helminth eggs and cysts of intestinal pathogenic protozoa in cultivated cranberries is established by the manufacturer in the production control program.

For wild-growing cranberries, the supplier controls the safety performance.

6.7 Upon receipt of unsatisfactory results of determinations for at least one of the safety indicators, it is re-determined with a double sample taken from the same batch. The results of the re-determination are extended to the entire batch.

7 Control methods

7.1 The following measuring instruments are used:

Scales for static weighing in accordance with GOST 29329 of the middle accuracy class with the highest weighing limit of 25 kg, the value of the verification interval e = 50 g and the maximum error of ± 0.5 e;

Scales in accordance with GOST 29329 of the middle class of accuracy with the highest weighing limit of not more than 3 kg and the value of the calibration interval e≤2g.

It is allowed to use other measuring instruments with metrological characteristics not lower than those of the indicated measuring instruments.

7.2 The quality of packaging and labeling of all cranberries selected according to 6.2 for compliance with the requirements of this standard is assessed visually.

7.3 All cranberries from the pooled sample compiled in accordance with 6.3 are subject to quality control.

7.4 Cranberries in the combined sample are weighed, inspected and sorted into fractions according to the indicators established in Table 1 of this standard:

With excessive external moisture;

With mechanical damage;

With damage caused by agricultural pests;

Dirty;

With traces of disease;

With foreign smell and (or) taste;

Greens;

unripe;

Mechanically damaged and dried;

overripe;

Out of commercial grade;

Moldy and rotten;

7.5 Appearance, ripeness of berries, the presence of damaged and dried berries, berries with excessive external moisture, inedible and poisonous berries of other plant species (brittle buckthorn, bittersweet nightshade, etc.). mineral impurities (sand, dust, etc.), as well as the smell and taste of berries, are evaluated organoleptically.

7.6 The mass fraction of cranberries with damage, mechanically damaged and dried up, immature, moldy and rotten, not corresponding to the commercial grade as a percentage of the total mass of berries in the combined sample, K, %, is calculated by the formula

8 Transport and storage

8.1 Cranberries are transported by all means of transport in clean, dry, odorless, pest-free covered vehicles in accordance with the rules for the transport of perishable goods in force on specific types of transport.

8.2 Cranberries are stored in clean, dry, pest-free, odorless, refrigerated warehouses or refrigerators.

8.3 The storage conditions for cranberries are set by the manufacturer. Recommended conditions and terms of storage of cranberries are given in Appendix YES.

1. APPLICATION AREA

2. QUALITY AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

1.Products must comply with the requirements of thesespecifications, Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU021/2011 "On food safety" and be manufactured according to technological instructions and recipes, in compliance with sanitary norms and rules approved in the prescribed manner.

2.According to organoleptic indicators, the products must comply with the requirements of Table 1.

6.Raw material requirements

6.1.For the manufacture of products using the following raw materials:

6.2.In terms of safety and quality, the raw materials used for the manufacture of products must comply with regulatory documentation and have a document confirming compliance, and not contain genetically modified sources.

Note:

Raw materials and materials used for the manufacture of products must comply with the requirements of the current regulatory documents approved in the prescribed manner.

It is allowed to use other domestic and imported raw materials, the quality of which is not lower than the specified requirements, according to the current regulatory documentation, which has a declaration of conformity from manufacturers.

A specific list and ratio of raw materials for each product name is established by recipes.

Raw materials used in the production of quick-frozen berries in terms of safety should not exceed the standards established by the regulations of the Customs Union.

When forming quick-frozen berry mixtures, it is allowed to use quick-frozen fruits produced according to technical documentation, which they must comply with.

3. MARKING

3.1. The marking must comply with the requirements of GOST R 51074, GOST 28750 and the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR TS 022/2011 "Food products in terms of their labeling".

3.2. Product labeling should be clear, easy to read, reliable and not mislead consumers, inscriptions, signs, symbols should be contrasting with the background on which the labeling is applied. The method of marking should ensure its safety throughout the entire shelf life of food products, subject to the storage conditions established by the manufacturer.

3.3. The marking must be made in Russian and in the state language(s) of the Customs Union member state.

3.4. Labeling of consumer packaging must contain the following information:

- Name of product;

- composition of the product (components included in the composition of the product are indicated in descending order of their mass fraction. Immediately before the indication of these components, the inscription “Composition” should be placed. If there is a constituent component in food products, the constituent component is indicated with the addition to it in parentheses of the components in descending order their mass fraction, if the mass fraction of the constituent component is 2 percent or less, it is allowed not to indicate the components included in it, with the exception of food additives, flavors, biologically active substances and medicinal plants, components obtained using GMOs). For confectionery sets consisting of various types and names of products, indicate the general composition of the ingredients of all products included in this set (without indicating the composition of each specific product name);

- net weight of products;

- date of manufacture of products (indicating the day, month, year with a shelf life of more than 72 hours);

- product expiration date (after the words “best before”, “best before”, “best before”, “best before”, “best before”, either the expiration date of the product or the place where this expiration date is applied to the packaging is indicated. For products whose expiration date is more than 72 hours apply the date, month and year of the expiration date or the expiration date in days or months)

- product storage conditions. For products whose quality and safety change after opening the package that protected the product from spoilage, the storage conditions after opening the package are also indicated;

- name and location of the manufacturer of food products;

- restrictions on use (if necessary);

- information on the presence in food products of components obtained using genetically modified organisms (if they are present in an amount of more than 0.9 percent);

3.5. The labeling of packaged food products may contain additional information, including the invented name of the food product, the trademark, information about the owner of the exclusive right to the trademark, the name of the place of origin of the food product, the name and location of the licensor , signs of voluntary certification systems.

3.6. The marking of the transport packaging must contain the following information:

- Name of product;

- the number of products;

- date of manufacture of the product;

- product shelf life;

- product storage conditions;

- information allowing to identify a batch of products (batch number);

- designation of these specifications

- name and location of the manufacturer of the product.

3.7. Additionally, the labeling of the shipping container may indicate: the invented name of the food product, the trademark, information about the owner of the exclusive right to the trademark, the name of the place of origin of the food product, the name and location of the licensor, signs of voluntary certification systems.

3.8. If food products without consumer packaging, intended by the manufacturer for further packaging, are placed in the transport packaging, the marking of the transport packaging must comply with the requirements for labeling the consumer packaging.

3.9. Labeling of food products, applied in the form of an image of a dish in the preparation of which this food product is used, must be accompanied by the words "cooked dish variant" or words similar in meaning.

3.10. Manipulation signs are applied to the transport container in accordance with GOST 14192,
GOST R 51474: "Keep away from moisture."

4. PACKAGE

4.1. Packaging materials for products must meet the requirements of these technical specifications and have declarations of conformity with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 005/2011 "On Packaging Safety".

4.2. Products are produced in packaged net weights from 250 to 1000 grams.

4.3. Products are produced in bags made of food-grade polyethylene film using vacuum.

4.4. The formation of group packaging in shrink film is carried out in accordance with GOST 25776.

4.5. Transport packages are formed according to GOST 23285 and GOST 26663 using pallets:

- flat pallets according to GOST 9557;

- pallets universal in accordance with GOST 22831;

- euro pallets received by import.

6.The stacking of the overpack is carried out so that the marking of at least one unit of consumer packaging and/or group packaging and/or overhead packaging and/or reusable packaging is visible on each side of the overpack.

7.The stacking of the transport package is carried out by methods that ensure the safety of the lower rows of consumer packaging and / or group packaging, and / or transport packaging, and / or reusable packaging without their deformation.

8.The packaging unit, as well as the batch of the packaged product in the package, must comply with the requirements of GOST 8.579. The negative deviation of the net content from the nominal quantity of each packaging unit must not exceed the tolerance limits given in Table 5.

Packaging that comes into contact with food products must be labeled in accordance with the requirements of TR CU 005/2011 "On the safety of packaging". The marking must contain information about the material from which the packaging is made (numerical and (or) letter designation), as well as information about the possibility of its disposal (Mobius loop).

5. ACCEPTANCE RULES

1.Acceptance rules - according to GOST 26313, GOST 28741, statistical acceptance control - according to GOST 18242 and GOST 18321.

2.Organoleptic indicators, quality of packaging and labeling, net weight (contents) are controlled in each batch.

3.The control of physical and chemical indicators and safety indicators is carried out in accordance with the Production Control Program developed by the manufacturer.

4.Upon receipt of unsatisfactory results of the control of quality and safety indicators, a second control is carried out from a new sample of a doubled volume taken from the same batch. The results of the re-inspection are final and apply to the entire lot.

5.If the norms specified in these TS are exceeded, the test product should be regarded as counterfeit.

6.Upon receipt of unsatisfactory test results for any indicator, repeated tests are carried out from a double sample taken from the same batch. The retest results apply to the entire lot.

6. CONTROL METHODS

6.1 Sampling - in accordance with GOST 26313, GOST 28741, sample preparation for determining physical and chemical parameters - in accordance with GOST 26671, mineralization of samples for determining toxic elements - in accordance with GOST 26929, sampling and preparation of samples for determining radionuclides - in accordance with MUK 2.6.1.1194-03 , GOST R 54683

7. TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

1.Transportation of products is carried out in accordance with SP 2.3.6.1079-01 "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for public catering organizations, the manufacture and turnover of food products and food raw materials", SanPiN 2.3.2.1324-03 "Hygienic requirements for shelf life and storage conditions of food products”, refrigerated or isothermal transport.

2.Transportation of products must be carried out in clean, dry, covered transport in compliance with sanitary rules. Products during loading and unloading must be protected from the effects of precipitation.

3.Storage of quick-frozen berries is carried out at a temperature not higher than minus 18 degrees.

4.The shelf life of products subject to storage and transportation conditions is no more than 24 months from the date of production.

1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1. Cranberries should be fresh or frozen, fully ripe, clean, without foreign smell, without stalks, heterogeneous in size and color (from pink to dark red), without any damage or disease. Cranberries may be wet but not runny.

1.2. Depending on the time of harvesting, cranberries are divided into berries of autumn harvest and spring harvest (snowy).

1.3. Berries of autumn and spring collections must comply with the standards indicated in the table.

2. ACCEPTANCE RULES

2.1. Fresh cranberries are taken in batches. A batch is considered to be any number of berries of spring or autumn harvest, packed in containers of the same type and size, received in one vehicle and issued with one document on quality and "Certificate on the content of toxicants in crop products and compliance with the regulations for the use of pesticides" in the form approved in the established okay.

When accepting from the population, a batch is any number of berries intended for simultaneous acceptance.

2.1a. The quality document states:

2.2. To check the condition of the packaging units and the correctness of their marking for compliance with the requirements of this standard, each packaging unit of the batch is subject to inspection.

2.3. To check the quality of fresh cranberries for compliance with the requirements of this standard, three packaging units are selected from different places of the batch and different layers (top, middle, bottom), if there are 100 packaging units in the batch, and one packaging unit for every full or incomplete 50 packaging units in a lot of more than 100 packaging units.

When accepting cranberries at procurement points from the population in an amount of up to 50 kg, an average sample is taken weighing at least 0.5 kg.

3. TEST METHODS

3.1. Samples weighing at least 0.5 kg are taken from each selected packaging unit from different places (top, middle, bottom) and an average sample weighing at least 1.5 kg is made. From the barrels, a sample is taken first from above, then, turning the barrel on its side and pouring out some of the berries from the barrel, from the middle and from below.

If the berries are in a barrel filled with water, then a sample weighing 0.5 kg (liter jar) is taken with a colander from the depth of the barrel and, after draining the water, is poured out for analysis on a sheet of filter paper.

3.2. The average sample is poured onto a flat surface (paper, glass, plywood, oilcloth, cardboard), leveled and analyzed for compliance with the requirements of this standard.

3.3. Appearance (color, humidity and smell of berries), as well as the presence of mineral impurities, is determined organoleptically.

3.4. Unripe, mechanically damaged and dried berries are taken from an average sample, weighed separately with an error of not more than 0.1 g on a technical scale T-1-1 of the 1st class with a division value of 20 mg and their percentage in the batch is determined.

3.5. Fruits of other plant species (edible, inedible, poisonous), stalks, moss and other impurities are taken from the average sample. Each type of impurity is weighed separately with an error of not more than 0.1 g and its percentage is determined.

4.3. Each packaging unit is accompanied by a label indicating:

- name of the sender;

- product names;

- gross and net weights, kg (for barrels);

- dates of collection and packaging;

- symbols of this standard.

4.5. Cranberries are transported by all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with the rules for the transportation of perishable goods in force for this type of transport, and sanitary and hygienic rules approved in the prescribed manner.

When transported in open motor vehicles, packaging units with cranberries are covered with a tarpaulin.

4.6. Dry storage of cranberries is carried out in baskets, boxes and barrels in special ventilated, clean, odorless warehouses at a temperature of 3 ° C - 5 ° C for no more than two months.

6 Acceptance rules

6.1 Cranberries are accepted in batches. 6.2 To check the quality of cranberries, the correctness of packaging and labeling, as well as the net weight of the packaging unit for compliance with the requirements of this standard, a sample is taken from a batch of berries from different places in accordance with table 2.

6.3 From each selected packaging unit, point samples weighing at least 0.5 kg of berries are taken from different places. From point samples, a combined sample weighing at least 1.5 kg is made. which is being analyzed. If the berries are in a barrel filled with water, then a sample weighing 0.5 kg is taken with a colander from the depth of the barrel and, after the water drains, is poured out for analysis on a sheet of filter paper. The test results are distributed to the entire batch.

6.4 After checking, the selected packaging units are added to the batch of cranberries.

6.5 The quality of cranberries in damaged packaging units is checked separately, the results apply only to the berries in these packaging units.

6.6 The procedure and frequency of control over the content of toxic elements, pesticides, radionuclides, helminth eggs and cysts of intestinal pathogenic protozoa in cultivated cranberries is established by the manufacturer in the production control program.

For wild-growing cranberries, the supplier controls the safety performance.

6.7 If unsatisfactory results are obtained for at least one of the safety indicators, it is re-determined with a double sample taken from the same batch. The results of the re-determination are extended to the entire batch.

7 Control methods

7.2 The quality of packaging and labeling of all cranberries selected according to 6.2 for compliance with the requirements of this standard is assessed visually.

7.3 All cranberries from the pooled sample compiled in accordance with 6.3 are subject to quality control.

7.4 Cranberries in the combined sample are weighed, inspected and sorted into fractions according to the indicators established in Table 1 of this standard:

8 Transport and storage

8.1 Cranberries are transported by all modes of transport in clean, dry, odorless, pest-free covered vehicles in accordance with the rules for the transportation of perishable goods in force on specific types of transport.

8.2 Cranberries are stored in clean, dry, free from pests. without salivary odor, refrigerated warehouses or cold stores.

8.3 The storage conditions for cranberries are set by the manufacturer.
