I asked to speak to management or a person authorized to solve this problem, after which the call was strangely interrupted. The same story repeated itself the next time. After some time, the courier called, who in the morning checked the volume of the cargo, and said that he had learned that the car would be with us at 18.00. Of course, the car didn’t arrive and no one called to warn us.
