Shipping of dangerous goods is accepted only by prior agreement. The cost and delivery time are determined individually.

All information about the recipient and the goods that need to be delivered to Russian cities must be indicated in the application form and transferred to us through your personal account.

Transportation

Orders are distributed to employees automatically. Transportation is carried out by passenger and commercial vehicles:

• before delivering the goods from the store to the recipient, the courier calls him;
• upon meeting, the order is transferred to the addressee;
• Payment accepted in cash or by bank card;
• the cash receipt is knocked out;
• the recipient signs for acceptance of the shipment, and the service employee changes the order status to “delivered”;
• on the next business day you receive the funds transferred by the buyer.

It should be taken into account that the calculation will still be approximate: the final payment takes place at the company’s terminal upon acceptance of the cargo.

Payment for goods.

Furniture is shipped to the buyer after 100% prepayment of the order.

Payment by cash on delivery is possible - 20% prepayment and (80%) payment upon receipt of the goods at the terminal transport company PEC in your city. This service became possible after the conclusion of an agreement between our company Raduga LLC and the PEK company.

Also, from 2020, it has become possible to pay by cash on delivery via transport company KIT (Sperm Whale) – 5 - 10 % prepayment and the remaining amount upon receipt of the goods at the terminal of the transport company KIT (Sperm Whale) in your city. This service became possible after the conclusion of an agreement between our company Raduga LLC and the KIT company.

2. The product is there - we check it additionally (we open all the boxes, inspect every detail: we don’t want you to have problems during assembly).
3. We issue you an invoice for payment by non-cash payment through a savings bank or through any of your company (legal entity).
4. We select for you the optimal transport company according to your wishes.
5. You pay the bill. In approximately 3-4 banking days, we are ready to ship your furniture to the transport company. All furniture is insured and additionally packed in a rigid crate for better safety. Accompanying documents: waybill, invoice.

An invoice is not issued - we work on the simplified tax system.
