Registration through the Unified Portal of Public Services

To obtain a cadastral passport through the Unified Portal of Public Services you need to register on the official website services.

From the User's Personal Account, go to the "Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography" section and select the "Provision of information entered in the state real estate cadastre" service.

After filling out the application in electronic form, click the "send" button, after which the application is processed.

Production time

Federal Law No. 221-FZ establishes the procedure for obtaining information from the state real estate cadastre. According to the law, the term for the production of a cadastral passport for a land plot is 5 days from the date of submission of documents.

However, the specified period is calculated in different ways:

  • when submitting an application through a territorial office, the period begins to count from the moment all documents are submitted;
  • when applying through the MFC, the countdown of 5 days occurs from the moment the application and documents are received by the relevant authority.

Thus, the period for obtaining a cadastral passport may be extended and within 14 days.

How to get a ready cadastral passport?

You can get a ready-made cadastral passport in different ways, in particular, the options are as follows:

  • personal visit to the territorial branch of Rosreestr and obtaining a ready-made cadastral passport after presenting a passport of the Russian Federation and a receipt received when submitting an application;
  • through an official representative acting by proxy, who receives a passport at the place of application;
  • in electronic format by e-mail;
  • through postage.

The period of validity of the cadastral passport for a land plot is not legally defined. Therefore, the nature of this document is not normative, but unlimited.

In passport only the date of issue is indicated. That is, the passport is valid until any additional information or amendments are made to it.
