2. FUNCTIONS.
The main activities of a worker in the maintenance and routine repair of buildings, structures and equipment are:
2.1 Maintaining the school building in proper condition;
2.2 Maintenance of central heating systems, water supply, sewerage, heat supply, and similar equipment that ensures the normal operation of the school;
2.3 Carrying out routine repair work of various profiles.
3. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A worker for maintenance and routine repairs of buildings, structures and equipment performs the following duties:
3.1 Conducts seasonal preparation of maintained buildings, structures, equipment and mechanisms;
3.2 Eliminates damage and malfunctions at the request of school employees;
3.3 Conducts periodic inspection of the technical condition of maintained buildings, equipment structures and mechanisms, their maintenance and current repairs with the implementation of all types of repair and construction work (plastering, painting, wallpaper, concrete, carpentry, carpentry, etc.) using scaffolding, cradles, suspension and other safety and lifting devices;
3.4 Carry out routine repairs and maintenance of central heating systems, water supply, sewerage, drains, heat supply and other equipment, mechanisms and structures;
3.5 Complies with the technology for performing repair, construction, plumbing work, the rules for the operation and maintenance of buildings, equipment, mechanisms, machines, structures, safety rules, industrial sanitation and fire safety.
3.6 Performs maintenance in accordance with the operating rules and current repairs of the objects assigned to him with the implementation of all types of repair and construction work (incl.

5. RESPONSIBILITY.
5.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the internal labor regulations of the school, legal orders and instructions of the school administration and other local regulations, job responsibilities established by this Instruction, he bears disciplinary liability in the manner prescribed by labor legislation.
6. RELATIONSHIPS. RELATIONS BY POSITION
