2. FUNCTIONS.

The main activities of a worker in the maintenance and routine repair of buildings, structures and equipment are:
2.1 Maintaining the school building in proper condition;

3. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A worker for maintenance and routine repairs of buildings, structures and equipment performs the following duties:
3.1 Conducts seasonal preparation of maintained buildings, structures, equipment and mechanisms;
3.2 Eliminates damage and malfunctions at the request of school employees;
3.3 Conducts periodic inspection of the technical condition of maintained buildings, equipment structures and mechanisms, their maintenance and current repairs with the implementation of all types of repair and construction work (plastering, painting, wallpaper, concrete, carpentry, carpentry, etc.) using scaffolding, cradles, suspension and other safety and lifting devices;
